K fold cards are the perfect marketing handout: a satisfying fold-out experience and plenty of space for displaying information, all squeezed into a handy fold-up format that you can pop in your pocket. K fold card printing options
Each standard custom-printed K fold card features 80gsm uncoated paper pages sandwiched between two sturdy 350gsm covers. However, we offer a wide range of alternative materials including silk, gloss and recycled paper for a more eco-friendly design. We can also create a ‘book’ cover with a spine, instead of two separate cover pages.
The K fold pages pull out into a leaflet two panel rows – allowing twice the space of a standard concertina card. Choose from 3 to 10 columns (up to 20 pages in total).
We provide K fold book printing on both sides of the fold out leaflet, for maximum space for your advertising and marketing communication. Choose from black and white and full colour printing.
For an extra special touch, take a look at our finishing options: Spot UV, foiling (we offer 10 colours) or optional lamination. We can provide gloss, matt, silk or soft touch lamination for added durability and finish.

Will my flyers be printed via digital or litho print methods?
The right print method will depend on a number of factors; including the type of product and the quantity, print quality and turnaround time you require.
Better Printing can produce your order on either litho or digital, with both available in-house. Our sales team can recommend the most cost-effective solution for your needs and will confirm your preferred method before going to print.
How are K fold cards supplied?
Each finished K fold is supplied trimmed, folded to final size and the cover attached.
Can I customise each K fold card with unique information (eg addresses, branch-specific details etc)?

Which type of leaflet card should I choose? Z fold, C fold, K fold or Multi fold?
Each type of folded card offers a different number of panel rows as standard:
C fold: one single concertina-folded panel row
K fold: two rows of panels
Z fold: three rows of panels
Multi fold: four rows of panels
The right version for you will largely depend on the amount of information you’re looking to print, versus the thickness of the card when folded up. If you’re looking for a more slimline card design, we recommend going for the C fold or K fold options; if you need to display lots of information, the Z fold or Multi fold is a safer bet.
Do I have to have covers?
No, we can supply just the folded papers. Please contact us for a price.
I want to mail the A6 postal version. Can you offer any help with this?
Yes, we can add the postal address and can even insert the K fold card into a clear mailing wallet and either deliver to you, or post on your behalf. Please contact us for a quote.
