Better Printing is part of the InPrint Group, printing commercially since 1986. Producing everything on site gives us full control over colour accuracy, stock choice, finishing, and turnaround, so a menu reordered months later matches the first run.
Single page menus suit table service and daily specials, and folded menus give cafés and bistros a compact format for shorter food and drink lists. For takeaway and delivery menus, gloss or silk stocks from 130gsm to 250gsm keep food photography looking rich while staying cost-effective at volume. Reordering stays simple, from a short seasonal run to larger quantities across multiple sites.
Menu card printing remains the most popular choice for table service. We print menu cards on 300gsm to 350gsm card, usually laminated, in A4 and A5 as standard with folding options where needed. For bars and counters, table talker menus and tent card menus put drinks lists and offers in view without cluttering the table, printed on sturdy stocks that hold their shape through repeat service.
Venues with longer menus can choose booklet menus for a premium dine-in feel, or wiro bound menus where pages need to lie flat or swap out between services. Dedicated drinks menus work well for bars and events, and foamex menu boards cover wall-mounted and counter displays.
Laminated menus stand up to frequent handling, spills, and daily wiping down. Choose matt, gloss, or soft-touch lamination, with spot UV available for premium covers. For outdoor seating, poolside service, and high-turnover venues, our waterproof menus are printed on synthetic polypropylene stock that is fully waterproof and tear-resistant. Laminated menus typically last 6 to 12 months in heavy use, which makes them the practical default for pubs, restaurants, and cafés reusing menus every day.
Menus change often. Prices update, dishes rotate, and specials come and go. Digital production makes short runs from 25 copies affordable, while our lithographic presses handle larger or colour-critical work with consistency across every copy. Promotional menu inserts let you add specials without reprinting the full menu. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 working days, with next-day express available for urgent reprints, and every order includes a free digital proof before printing.
Better Printing operates from a 20,000 square foot facility equipped for lithographic, digital, and large format printing, with ISO-certified quality and sustainability standards covering production and material sourcing. Recycled and FSC-certified papers and vegetable-based inks are available for venues with sustainability commitments. Production runs six days a week, which is how we support urgent orders, and every menu order ships with free UK mainland delivery.
