At Better Printing we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so we have created our Satisfaction Guarantee. This agreement means that if you are not 100% happy with your order, we will offer you a full refund or a free re-print.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 48 hours via email email@example.com. Please include a detailed explanation and photos in the email. If we feel your complaint is valid, we will offer you one of the below options:
• Return your order to us and we will re-print it FOC
• Return your order to us and get a full refund
• Keep the product and get a discount of 10% to be used against your next order
We cover everything that is in our control! The quality of your printed items is dependent on the quality of the artwork that was provided. If you have approved your artwork proof (even if it is low res) then unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds/re-prints. Please check…and double check your proofs before approving them! Our dispatch team do their best to ensure all products are packed in a suitable way. If damage does happen during transit, please let us know within 48 hours for us to rectify the issue.
What’s not covered
If your artwork is incorrect, has spelling mistakes or typo’s – we can’t take responsibility for that. If your delivery address is incorrect on your order – we are unable to guarantee delivery will be on time. Extreme weather conditions and other extreme circumstances can cause delays that unfortunately are out of our control. Please remember at busy times throughout the year (Christmas!), delivery times may be delayed.
If there is a fault with your order and we have asked you to return it, we can either arrange a collection or you can send it back to us. We will only collect an item if we agree that there is a problem with your order. If a banner stand is damaged or broken, we may ask you to dispose of the item instead of returning it to us.
