Invitation printing options

We offer a wide range of materials, sizes and shapes to make sure your invitations are perfect. Each personalised invitation comes printed on luxurious 350gsm cardstock as standard to ensure your design looks fantastic. However, we can print on a wide variety of materials including recycled, recyclable, unbleached Kraft paper to make sure your invitations are fully eco friendly (for more material details please see the specifications tab).

We offer a wide range of sizes, including the popular DL and A6 sizes – but if you’re looking for something a little different, no problem! We can create custom sizes, so simply get in touch.

And to make your printed invitation even more special, we can create custom shapes using the latest die-cutting technology. Create a bespoke shape and really catch eyes!

We also offer additional finishing options, to give your printed invitations a unique touch. Add foiling to your invitations (choose from 10 colours) or add a lamination for extra durability and aesthetic. To really convey a sense of luxury, opt for soft-touch lamination which will feel velvety and decadent.

Will my invitations be printed with litho or digital print methods?

The right print method will depend on a number of factors; including the product type, quantity and turnaround time you require.Better Printing can produce your order on either litho or digital, with both available in-house. Our sales team can recommend the most cost-effective solution for your needs and will confirm your preferred method before going to print.

Can I get my recipients’ names printed onto my invitations?
Yes! With variable data printing, you can add individual names, addresses and/or other details to each invitation in your print run, with no need to submit multiple artwork files. Call our team to set up your variable print today!
Can Better Printing send out my invitations to my guests for me?
Yes – each invitation can be sent out to each individual recipient’s address via our courier partners at DPD Local (additional charges may apply).
Can I have a tear off section on my invitation?
Yes, there will be a small additional cost to supply the invitations with a perforated tear off section.
Can I have gilt edged invitations?
We aren’t able to supply gilt edges, but we can create a foiled border offering the same effect.
Can I have my invitations embossed?
Yes, we can emboss your invitations for an additional fee.
