A5 Single Sided Folders
Do your documents justice with our professionally printed A5 single sided folders. Make a professional first impression, reinforce your branding and keep your important papers safe.
A5 single sided folders printing options
Our custom a5 folders are printed on 350gsm silk paper as standard, however we also offer a range of alternative materials to best suit your design and usage. If you’re looking to write on your folders, we’d recommend Uncoated or Premium Uncoated paper and if you’re looking for high presentability – Gloss paper provides an aesthetic sheen. Alternatively, Recycled paper will ensure you keep your products green or Kraft paper (recycled, recyclable and unbleached) has the least environmental impact, and due to its colour, presents your eco-friendly ethos to clients.
For extra durability and finish, why not add lamination to your folder? Choose from Matt, Gloss, Silk or Soft Touch lamination (the latter providing a luxurious velvety feel).
For truly memorable custom folders, why not opt for one of our attention-grabbing finishing options? Choose Spot UV or foiling (choose from 10 colours to best match your aesthetic) to highlight your company name, logo or contact details. And for a truly unique folder think outside of the (rectangular) box and create your very own bespoke shape; with the latest die cutting technology we can produce die cut folders in virtually any shape imaginable!

What’s the difference between interlocking and glued?
This refers to the way pockets are secured to the folders.
Glued have a strip of tape on a flap that is then folded and stuck to the back page to make the pocket.
Interlocking has a slotted mechanism that requires no tape to form the pocket.
Glued is a more secure finish but has a longer production time and higher cost due to the extra process.
Can I have a brochure stitched into the folder?
Can I have more than one pocket in my folder?
Yes, we can add a 2nd pocket to the inside front cover – call us for a price.
Can I have a vertical pocket instead of horizontal?
Yes – call us for a price.
Can you print the sheets I want to insert into the folder?
Yes – we can print stationery etc.
Can you supply my folders with the printed inserts already inserted into the pocket?
Yes, call us for a price.
What’s the benefit of adding lamination?
Lamination will add strength to the folder and will make sure there is no cracking on the folded areas (spine and pocket). If you have a solid colour on your folder then lamination is essential.
What does capacity and non-capacity mean?
How do I layout my artwork on the template?
As you look at the template, the right hand panel will be the front cover of the folder and the left hand panel which has the pocket beneath will be the back cover – the cover folds up and sticks to the inside of the back page.
If you’re folder will be double sided you’ll need to flip the template over so that the pocket is now below the right hand panel. This will be the inside of the back page and the left hand panel will be the inside of the front cover.
