When opened flat, the folder has three panels: left, centre and right. Each panel has an inside and an outside face, giving you six printable pages in total.
The centre flap folds up from the bottom of the middle panel to create an internal pocket for your A4 inserts. The left and right panels fold over the contents to close the folder, keeping your documents neatly together.
Use the covers for your branding and contact details, and the inside panels for services, product information or a supporting message. The flap can also be printed with a logo, tagline or brand pattern.
Print single-sided or double-sided in full colour, black only, Pantone, or CMYK with a Pantone spot colour. Pantone printing helps maintain consistent brand colours, although the chosen material and finish can affect their appearance.

A 250gsm stock gives you a lighter folder for smaller document sets. Choose 350gsm or 450gsm for a sturdier feel and greater rigidity when holding heavier inserts.
Anti-scuff matt lamination helps resist visible marks from frequent handling. For added texture or emphasis, consider foiling, spot UV, embossing or debossing.

GSM (grams per square metre) refers to the ‘weight’ or density of the paper stock. Lower GSM grades are more flexible, while higher grades are more sturdy and durable.
Better Printing can provide a wide range of paper stocks, from 90gsm (the same paper weight as typical office/household printer paper) to 450gsm (known as cardstock and commonly used for business cards).

Each order will be different depending on the items and quantities being printed but a lead time of between 5 to 7 working days is typical. We can usually be flexible so if you have a specific delivery deadline, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll let you know via email; and the following day you’ll receive an email or text from your courier with tracking details and your one-hour delivery window.
