Give your dishes and drinks room to shine with booklet menus that are easy to browse and comfortable to hold. With up to 80 pages, there’s space for everything from starters and seasonal specials to wine lists and cocktails.
Menus get passed around, splashed and stacked between services, so your choice of paper and finish matters as much as the design.
Choose from four paper stocks to suit your venue:
Pick A4 or A5 in portrait or landscape, or enter a custom size to suit your table settings or existing menu covers. Print in full colour, choose black-only printing for a simple typographic design, or select Pantone printing for closer control over your brand colours.
Lamination adds a protective layer to the printed surface and changes how your menu looks and feels:
For an extra finishing detail, use spot UV to highlight selected areas with shine, or add foiling to draw attention to your logo or menu title.
Choose your format: select your size, orientation and page count, up to 80 pages.
Our in-house designers can create a menu that makes your dishes easy to explore and reflects the style of your venue.

Our standard booklets are bound together via saddle-stitching. This method assembles brochure pages by first nesting several folded double-leaf spreads on top of each other (starting with the middlemost pages and finishing with the outer cover leaf).
The brochure pages are then stitched together by threading lengths of metal wire (similar to staples) through all pages along the central crease line.
Looking for a different bookbinding method? Better Printing can also provide booklets in perfect bound and wiro bound varieties – call us to discuss your requirements!
You can view our page count options in the table below. Each paper sheet (or ‘leaf’) of your brochure will have two printed pages (pp); one on each side of the paper. Book covers consist of four pages, and are included in addition to the page counts listed in the table below.
Looking for a different page count to the options listed here? Simply call us on 023 8087 8037 to discuss your own bespoke specifications.
The right print method will depend on a number of factors; including the product type, quantity and turnaround time you require.
Better Printing can produce your order on either litho or digital, with both available in-house. Our sales team can recommend the most cost-effective solution for your needs and will confirm your preferred method before going to print.
Please see the Specification tab for more information on this product’s standard material specification. Alternative stocks and grades can be supplied for most products to help you customise your order – simply get in touch to discuss your print requirements.
All brochures and booklets are produced in portrait orientation (with the spine located on the longer edge of the booklet) by default. Alternatively, you can specify landscape orientation for your brochures if needed at the checkout stage.
We recommend supplying artwork as single pages in the same order as you want them to appear in the finished programme. Please avoid supplying your artwork in printer’s pairs or double page spreads, as this may extend production times of your print order.
Better Printing is part of the InPrint Group, a family-run print company based in Southampton since 1986. From our 20,000 square foot facility, a team of more than 50 designers, press operators and finishers handles every stage in-house, from artwork checks to dispatch. That means no outsourcing, no lost jobs and no guesswork on quality.
We run lithographic presses for colour-critical, high-volume work and digital presses for fast short runs, so a two-site café and a national chain both get the right process at the right price. We hold ISO certifications for quality and sustainability, offer support 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, and have a proven record of on-time delivery, including urgent last-minute jobs. Thousands of UK businesses already trust us with their print.
