If you want something a little bit out of the ordinary our printed square folders are the perfect choice for you. They do all the things you need a presentation folder to do: hold your documents, protect them from wear and tear and provide a sense of professionalism. The unusual shape however, will be sure to catch eyes!

Square folder printing options

Our custom square folders are printed on 350gsm silk paper as standard, however we also offer a wide variety of alternative materials to best suit your design and usage. Opt for Uncoated or Premium Uncoated paper (best to write on), Gloss paper (for aesthetic sheen) or Recycled or Kraft papers (for a truly eco-friendly folder).

For extra durability and finish, you can choose to add one of our laminations to your square folder (one side or both sides). Choose from Matt, Gloss, Silk or Soft Touch lamination (the latter providing a luxurious velvety feel).

For truly eye-catching custom folders, why not opt for one of our attention-grabbing finishing options? Choose Spot UV or foiling (choose from 10 colours to best match your aesthetic) to highlight your company name, logo or contact information. And for a truly unique folder think outside of the (square) box and create your very own bespoke shape; with the latest die cutting technology we can produce die cut folders in virtually any shape imaginable!

âš  PLEASE NOTE: Folders with solid colour coverage to the outside must be gloss or matt laminated to avoid cracking and marking!

Can I have a brochure stitched into the folder?

Can I have a vertical pocket instead of horizontal?

Can you print the sheets I want to insert into the folder?

Can you supply my folders with the printed inserts already inserted into the pocket?

What’s the benefit of adding lamination?
Lamination will add strength to the folder and will ensure there is no cracking on the folded areas (spine and pocket). If you have a solid colour on your folder then lamination is essential.
What does capacity and non-capacity mean?
Capacity relates to how deep the spine is on the folder.  For more information about which capacity you need, visit our “Capacity of Presentation Folders” Guide.
How do I layout my artwork on the template? 
As you look at the template, the right hand panel will be the front cover of the folder and the left hand panel which has the pocket beneath will be the back cover – the cover folds up and sticks to the inside of the back page.
If you’re folder will be double sided you’ll need to flip the template over so that the pocket is now below the right hand panel. This will be the inside of the back page and the left hand panel will be the inside of the front cover.
