Square Presentation Folders

Choose from two templates, including one with a 5mm capacity for thicker sets of documents. Both offer a considered way to present your brand, whether you’re a creative agency, architect, or business preparing for a client meeting.

Print, Material, and Lamination Options

Print single-sided to cover the outside of your folder, or double-sided to extend your design across the inside panels.

Choose the print option that suits your artwork:

• Full colour: ideal for photography, illustration, and detailed brand artwork.
• Pantone: spot-colour printing for logos and designs with specified brand colours.
• Black only: a simple option for monochrome text, logos, and graphics.

Five materials let you tailor the look and feel: silk for a smooth finish, gloss for vibrant colour, uncoated for a natural surface suitable for writing, recycled for brands that prefer recycled stock, and kraft for a raw, tactile appearance.

Add lamination to help protect your folders through repeated handling. Choose matt, gloss, silk, soft touch, or anti-scuff. Anti-scuff is particularly useful for dark designs where surface marks can be more noticeable.

For extra detail, add foiling for a metallic accent, spot UV for selective gloss highlights, embossing for a raised impression, or debossing for a recessed finish.

How to Order Your Square Presentation Folders

1. Choose your template. Both finish at 215 × 215mm, with a 5mm capacity option available.
2. Select your print and material. Choose single- or double-sided printing, your colour option, and your preferred stock.
3. Add your finishing touches. Select lamination and any foiling, spot UV, embossing, or debossing.
4. Supply your artwork. Upload it at checkout or send it later by email. If you need a design, our team can create one for you.
5. Choose your delivery. Free standard shipping is available. For express delivery, order before 10am and your folders will be delivered within 5 working days.
