However, we also offer a range of other materials including Gloss, Waterproof, Uncoated (best to write on), Recycled and Kraft paper. For extra eco-friendly tags, we’d recommend Kraft paper – kraft tags are recycled, recyclable and unbleached, so provide a rustic feel synonymous with environmentally friendly products.

What are swing tags?
Swings tags go by many names including: price tags, sale tags, luggage tags, gift tags, clothing tags, apparel labels, product swing tags and much more! Essentially a swing tag is a paper or card tag that is attached to a product or item with a string. This means it’s not static – so swings! Hence swing tag.
Can you add reinforcements to the swing tag hole?
Yes, we can add paper reinforcement rings or metal eyelets. Please contact us for a price.
Can my swing tags be recycled after use?
Yes, as long as you don’t add lamination the tag is fully recyclable after use. Kraft paper tags are already recycled swing tags – extra eco -friendly!
Which paper should I choose if I want to write on the tag?
You can write on any of the paper stocks. Uncoated and recycled stock is suitable for any pen type. Silk and gloss are compatible with biros, marker pens and many other pen types. Waterproof tags can also be written on with biro, marker pens and pencil. Please call us for a sample if you’re in any doubt.
Are these eco-friendly swing tags?
All our paper stocks are responsibly sourced. The recycled stock is made from 100% recycled material. Kraft tags are arguably more eco-friendly than recycled swing tags if you’re going for fully eco-conscious designs. This is because kraft tags are made from recycled paper, can be recycled again and are unbleached – meaning less energy is used in their production.
How will my swing tags be supplied?
Each tag is supplied die-cut / trimmed to final size, with a hole pre-punched for attaching the string. If you’d prefer the string pre-threaded, just let us know. An assembly fee may apply.
Can I make a multi-page swing tag?
Yes – you can have several pages on one tag. Please get in touch for a quote.
