Printed luggage strips, also known as suitcase strips, are perfect to help your business branding stand out from the crowd.
Luggage strip printing options
All of our custom luggage strips are printed on sturdy 170gsm silk stock by default, and finished with a self-adhesive pad for quick and easy fixing to your bags. However, we can also offer a variety of other materials, including Uncoated (best to write on) and Kraft (perfect for the eco-friendly business).
Our customised luggage strips are printed in full colour, to ensure your design remains visible at all times. The standard size is Strip A (290mm x 45mm), however should you need bespoke sizes, we would be happy to work to your specifications.
Sequential numbering, barcodes and other unique details can also be added to each tag in your print run via variable data printing – perfect for tour groups! Add lamination for extra finish and durability (choose from Gloss, Matt, Silk or Soft-Touch for an element of luxury).

FAQs
Are these paper straps/tags durable enough to handle airline travel?
The tags are designed for use at hotels for storing bags on the day of your flight, each strap/tag is printed on tough 170gsm paper as standard, and can be supplied with lamination for extra protection. Self-adhesive pads are supplied with each strap/tag for fastening securely to your bags and should last the journey but should never be used as a replacement for the airport supplied tags.
Can I print my straps/tags in different colours for quicker identification?
Yes; Better Printing can split your order quantity across multiple paper colours. Please note that printing results may vary for certain colours. Additional charges may apply.
Can I add unique details (eg passenger details, boarding numbers, barcodes/QR codes etc) to my luggage straps/tags?
Yes; Better Printing can customise each individual strap/tag in your print run via variable data printing.

Can I have the print on both sides?
Yes, there may be a small additional cost
Are the strips waterproof?
No, not as standard. Adding lamination will provide some water repellency or we can print onto a waterproof, tearproof stock for you – please call for a price
Can I write on all luggage strips?
Yes, you can write on them with any type of pen. If lamination has been applied you may only be able to use a biro.
