Delivery Requirements For Next Day Bottle Neck Hangers
Only some types of bottleneck tags are eligible for this service due of the quick turnaround. The following requirements must be met by your door hangers in order to avoid delays in completing your order:
- Quantity: 500 doorhangers or less
- Artwork: one version
- Shape: choose from a range of styles
- Extras: No optional extras (like foiling or Spot UV)
- Timing: you must submit your artwork by 10am on the day of ordering to ensure the 3 working day turnaround.
There are a few things you should keep in mind when you design your own door hangers:
- Create a bleed area, and use one of the helpful templates to assist you.
- To guarantee that your design is printed double-sided if you want artwork on both sides of your hanger, please clearly indicate your design.
- To avoid errors appearing in print, properly proofread your design.

How are bottle neck hangers printed and supplied?
Bottle neck hangers can be printed via our modern litho presses or professional digital printing technology, depending on the print quantity you’re after. After printing, they’re trimmed to shape via our die-cutting press and delivered flat to you via our courier.

Can I have scratch off latex panels on my bottle tags?
Yes, when it comes to bottle neck tag printing we can create almost any design you require; call for a price.
Style B2 and C3 look very similar, what’s the difference?
Style B2 has interlocking tabs which slot into a pre-cut slit. Style C3 will be supplied with double sided tape applied to the tab ready for you to peel off the protective backing and stick down.
Can you supply B and C styles ready assembled?
