A4 6 page folder with centre flap printing options

Also known as tri-fold folders and 3 panel folders, our a4 presentation folders’ layout means you have 2 extra pages to fill – ideal if you need to include extra text or full page graphics. And, as well as being aesthetic and informative, they’re very practical. Presentation folders support any documents inside, stopping them from creasing and protecting them from wear and tear.

As well as offering support and protection, they’re also a fantastic tool for increasing your brand awareness. The vibrant folders (printed with your own design) will be sure to impress . Personalise your custom folders with your logo and watch as your brand becomes instantly recognizable.

You can also customise your printed folders with a wide range of finishing options. Add lamination for additional aesthetic and strength (we would recommend lamination on any block colour design, as this will prevent cracking and marking on the spine). Choose from Matt, Gloss, Silk or Soft Touch lamination (the latter providing a luxurious velvety feel).

Our printed folders use 350gsm silk paper as standard, for superior quality and aesthetic. But you are free to customise your ideal folder – choose from a range of Uncoated or Premium Uncoated paper options, Gloss paper stocks or Recycled or Kraft papers (best if you’re looking to promote your green ethos and create a truly eco-friendly folder).

Your folders will be delivered to you flat, die cut and creased to final size, with a central fold-in pocket, secured by the overlapping pages. Alternatively, you can choose to have your folder supplied fully assembled.

Create your own a4 folder with centre flap design using our free, downloadable folder templates or take advantage of our in house design services.

FAQs

What’s the difference between interlocking and glued?
This refers to the way pockets are secured to the folders.
Glued have a strip of tape on a flap that is then folded and stuck to the back page to make the pocket.
Interlocking has a slotted mechanism that requires no tape to form the pocket.
Glued is a more secure finish but has a longer production time and higher cost due to the extra process.
What is GSM?

GSM (grams per square metre) refers to the ‘weight’ or density of the paper stock. Lower GSM grades are more flexible, while higher grades are more sturdy and durable.

Better Printing can provide a wide range of paper stocks, from 90gsm (the same paper weight as typical office/household printer paper) to 450gsm (known as cardstock and commonly used for business cards).

Capacity relates to how deep the spine is on the folder.  For more information about which capacity you need, visit our “Capacity of Presentation Folders” Guide.
How do I layout my artwork on the template?
As you look at the template, the right hand panel will be the front cover of the folder and the left hand panel which has the pocket beneath will be the back cover – the cover folds up and sticks to the inside of the back page.
If you’re folder will be double sided you’ll need to flip the template over so that the pocket is now below the right hand panel. This will be the inside of the back page and the left hand panel will be the inside of the front cover.
