Each folder measures 303mm × 215mm, slightly larger than A4 to help protect document edges and corners. A 20mm expandable concertina gusset accommodates thicker bundles, while the wrap-over cover keeps paperwork covered between offices, courts and client meetings.

Choose single-sided or double-sided printing in full colour CMYK, Pantone, black only, or a combination of CMYK and Pantone. Pantone printing offers more consistent brand colour matching, while double-sided printing gives you space for contact details or service information inside the folder.

Materials and Finishes to Suit Your Firm

Choose board weights from 250gsm to 450gsm across five materials:

• Silk: a smooth surface with a subtle sheen.
• Gloss: a shiny surface for vibrant colour.
• Uncoated: a traditional professional finish that is easy to write on.
• Recycled: an option for firms specifying recycled materials.
• Kraft: a natural appearance with a tactile feel.

Add matt, gloss, silk, soft-touch or anti-scuff lamination to help protect folders from regular handling. Anti-scuff is a practical choice for frequently used document folders, while foiling or spot UV can highlight your firm’s name, logo or crest.

Folders can be taped and supplied flat to save storage space, or taped and assembled so they are ready to fill straight from the box.
