We provide a variety of paper alternatives for our fast pillow boxes, including silk, gloss, uncoated, recyclable, and Kraft. To make a sturdy, long-lasting pillow box, add lamination.
Boxes that have extra foiling or Spot UV on them are unfortunately ineligible for express delivery. This is due to the lengthy finishing procedure, which makes it impossible to meet the 3-day delivery deadline.
Your pillow packs for swift shipping will come flat and with tape for simple assembly.
Please take note that your artwork must be submitted by 10am on the day of purchasing in order to fulfil the express pillow packs’ 3-day shipping deadline.

What parts can I have printed?
The cost is for the complete ‘outer’ area, this is printed as a flat single sided sheet and includes the front, back and the left and right flaps.
How are pillow boxes supplied?
Each pillow pack box is supplied flat with a self-adhesive strip for easy self-assembly. Alternatively, our team can provide an assembly service for your boxes for a small additional fee. For more information, call or email the Better Printing team today.
Can I see some examples of previous work?
Yes of course, pillow packs are one of our most popular products! and there are always overs from previous jobs we have produced we can send you to look at.
I need to post my boxes via Royal Mail, which paper type and weight would you recommend?
We would recommend selecting ‘box board’ in the paper options. Lamination will also add a water repellent barrier and an extra element of durability.
Can I order unprinted pillow boxes?
Yes, we also offer plain coloured pillow boxes; just get in touch for a price
Can you add tape to the ends of the pillow box? So that my items inside stays secure.
Yes, we can add a strip of double sided tape to both ends so that when you pop your pillow pack open you can remove the protective backing and secure the flap. We’ll need to know that this is required at the estimating stage as there will be a small cost to apply the tape and we would need to remove the thumb-cut on the flap.
Do you offer stickers to seal the pillow packs?
