Our custom certificate printing service is flexible and built around your needs. We offer any size, from conventional a4 certificate printing to bespoke sizes. Choose from a wide range of materials and paper weights (full details in the specifications tab) including eco-friendly recycled paper to keep your business green, antique paper for a vintage aesthetic and paper like Conqueror for a more textured result.

When it comes to printing certificates, we know you’re looking for something extra special. That’s why we also provide optional foiled certificate printing (choose from 10 colours). Foiling will add a touch of luxury and uniqueness to your certificate. We can also add hologramatic foiling to provide authenticity.

Custom printed certificate uses

Certificates can be used in a conventional sense (to award, congratulate or validate) but can also be employed for some more ‘out there’ marketing. Why not provide a certificate of authenticity for your product? Or a certificate of proof of purchase, that your custom can mount on their wall? FAQs

Can I write on my certificate?
Yes – you can write on your certificates with a standard ballpoint pen. It will be easiest and most effective to write on uncoated paper stock.
Can certificates be supplied with printed personalisation?
Our quality certificate printing allows for personalisation of all kinds to be printed directly onto your certificate. Choose from images, QR codes, text, variable data printing and much more for printed personalised certificates.
Can a certificate be personalised using a desktop printer?
It would be best to check with the printer manufacturer before commencing, to see what paper weights are compatible with the printer. Some of our materials are of thicker quality, so could potentially be incompatible. This is particularly important if your certificate is foiled, as using a desktop printer may cause foil arcing and distortion.
Please note: laminated certificates cannot be personalised using a desktop computer. However, we can supply certificates fully personalised
Can you laminate printed certificates?
Yes – we offer optional lamination for your certificates. Choose from gloss, matt and soft-touch lamination to add durability and finish to your printed product.
Please note any certificate that has had laimination added cannot be personalised using a desktop printer.
How can I make my printed certificates eco-friendly?
We offer a wide range of materials; choose recycled paper to reduce your carbon footprint. Alternatively, use Kraft paper to reduce your business’ environmental impact. Kraft paper is already recycled and is fully recyclable again after use. Not only that, Kraft paper doesn’t go through the bleaching process of conventional recycled paper, meaning it uses less energy in its production.
All the paper we use is certified by the FSC. We also use DPD as a courier service, who are committed to keeping their deliveries carbon neutral (take a look at their carbon neutral commitment).
Can you print a double sided certificate?
Yes – we can print single or double sided certificates. Double sided certificates can be displayed in two-way frames, so the achievements or qualifications can be seen from every angle!
How do you keep the price down?
By using digital printing techniques, we can keep the certificate printing cost low, allowing us to offer high quality, lost cost, cheap printed certificates. We also manufacture from our site in Hampshire – where all departments are under one roof, meaning we don’t need to employ any middle men! This helps to keep costs, and so prices, low.
