Drill Holes

“Drilling” when used in printing, refers to the method of forming circular holes in paper by using a rotating bit.

Paper Drilling

The hole punching process is sped up by using paper drilling rather than manual punching. Manual punching can create circular holes through a few sheets of paper at a time, with drilling the sheet quantity is much more impressive. The holes are precise and leave a clean finish.
We offer a large range of printed products that may require drilled holes, some examples of these are: NCR Pads, Notepads and Swing Tags.
We have industry specific equipment that is able to drill holes through large quantities of paper (and different paper stock).
Using this equipment, we are able offer the following holes sizes: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm and are able to punch 3 different hole configurations: 1 hole, 2 holes or 4 holes.
Our machinery allows us to drill through any lamination finish allowing you to get the most from your product.
