When it comes to die cut printing, with our digital cutter we can create almost any shape imaginable, without the traditional price tag of custom die cut flyers. Beforehand, custom printing and cutting involved making a die cutter (sort of like a cookie cutter – metal and shaped to the specific required design) in order to cut out the new shape.
However, our new printing technology allows a die cut shape to be created from a digital cutter, saving time and costs, and so keeping the price down. Looking for a cheap die cut flyer that will stand out from the crowd? You’ve come to the right place!
We offer three different criteria for your custom die cuts: simple (a shape with rounded corners or a circle), medium (more technically difficult shapes like a hexagon or 5 point star) and complex (for example, a snowflake). We offer a wide range of sizes ranging from smallest (60mm X 60mm) to largest (500mm X 700mm). What sizes are available?
The sizes listed represent the closest ‘A’ paper size we will print on and we use this to calculate the price for the cutter and print. You can have which ever size you like for your flyer up to A3 (420mm x 297mm).
Are die cut flyers eco friendly?
All the paper we use is certified by the FSC. We also use DPD as a courier service, who are committed to keeping their deliveries carbon neutral (take a look at their
carbon neutral commitment).
You can also make your die cut flyers more environmentally friendly by opting for recycled or Kraft paper.
Can you send my flyers directly to my customers?
Yes – if you provide a customer database, we can send your flyers directly to your customers for an additional fee. All customer details will be securely destroyed after use.
Can you print double sided flyers?
We can print double or single sided flyers. We’d always recommend making the best of the space available to you and printing on both sides.
Can you create other die cut printed products?
Absolutely! With our digital cutters we can create bespoke shapes for most of your printed products: opt for custom shaped business cards, letterheads, folders, die cut brochures and much more.
Can I customise each flyer with unique information (eg addresses, branch-specific details etc)?
Yes! With variable data printing, you can add unique text and graphics to each individual flyer in your print run – all we need from you is a single ‘base’ design and a database of the content you’re looking to add on top.
