Gate fold Folders or tri-fold folders are manufactured with three-panels. The right and left hand panels are half the size of the centre panel and are folded to meet in the center. Inside theres a handy flap that folds up to hold all your documents and company literature.
The end result? A personalised folder that just begs to be opened and a presentation your client wont forget.
All our A4 Gate Fold Folders are printed on premium 350gsm silk, using our state of the art litho press; so we can guarantee sharp detail and exceptional colour accuracy every single time.
Your corporate folders will be delivered to you flat, die cut and creased to final size so theyre ready and waiting to go.
PLEASE NOTE: Business card slots are sized to accept a card size of 55mm x 85mm.
We aim to deliver your finished A4 Gate fold folders within 3-5 working days of proof approval.
Designs can be uploaded at the checkout stage. Files should be uploaded in PDF format as single pages; our team can give you guidance as required. Free A4 Gatefold Folder templates are available on request.

GSM (grams per square metre) refers to the ‘weight’ or density of the paper stock. Lower GSM grades are more flexible, while higher grades are more sturdy and durable.
Better Printing can provide a wide range of paper stocks, from 90gsm (the same paper weight as typical office/household printer paper) to 450gsm (known as cardstock and commonly used for business cards).

Each template is based on the actual dimensions of your products, so they provide the perfect blank slate to start your artwork design. The team at Better Printing will always let you know about any serious issues with your design in advance of any printing work. You’ll be emailed a PDF proof of your design before it goes to print, and hard copy proofs can also be supplied if necessary - just call us on 023 8087 8037 to request yours.
We’ve also provided accurate templates for your artwork, which you can access via the Templates tab. As long as your design matches the template dimensions for your chosen product option, you can’t go wrong.
Artwork for your print run can be uploaded at the checkout page. Please supply your artwork files in PDF format - if you need help, our friendly team will happily guide you through the artwork submission process.

Each order will be different depending on the items and quantities being printed but a lead time of between 5 to 7 working days is typical. We can usually be flexible so if you have a specific delivery deadline, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll let you know via email; and the following day you’ll receive an email or text from your courier with tracking details and your one-hour delivery window.

If your delivery window falls on an hour when you’ll be unavailable, you can reschedule the window to a more suitable time. Details of how to do this will be included in the text or email you’ll receive on your delivery day.
